Location & Times

We currently run five clinics, offering appointments on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. When you contact us you can let us know if you have a preference. There tends to be more of a wait for the after school appointments.

We are now offering a hybrid model, with some clinics being offered virtually and others seeing families face to face. There is a longer wait for face to face work. You may have a preference and can discuss this during your initial telephone consultation.

We see children and families at a private, quiet office in Guildford. We are easily accessible from Godalming, Aldershot, Woking, Haslemere and Farnham, as well as the surrounding villages.

We only see families who live within 10 miles of our clinic location in Guildford. This is because we receive a large amount of referrals and want to be able to support families in our local area. We also find that travelling too far causes more disruption to a family and school life. Long distances might also mean a young person isn’t so ready for therapeutic work. We also find it easier to work the system (families and schools) when we see people who live locally. We measure this distance as the crow flies from your house to our office. Where a child lives in more than one home we can measure from either address. School addresses, work address or the addresses of family members are not used.

Accessibility: Access to the office is down a level, wide, slightly sloping drive way. There are two step ups into the office and a step over a door lintel. Doorways are standard width. Within the building there is level acess and no further steps. An alternative entrance with just one step and a door lintel is also available. There is a toilet with a door which opens outwards. There is no designated parking (including no designated disabled parking). It is usually possible to park within approximately 50-100m of the office, although this can vary at busy times.
